How do we get access to either the Coaching Couple, Team Leader, or National Leader areas of the website?

If you are either a Coaching Couple, a Team Leader in the US or a National Leader for 2=1 you should have received an email with login instructions, a UserID and a password. If you haven't received this email it may be because we do not have your current email address. To receive this information please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to request this information. In the "Addition Information" field please include details such as 2=1 ID number and the area you are trying to access.

If you are a National Leader you may not have received login instructions because we haven't received a signed copy of the "Protocol for the Nations".

We are a Coaching Couple in the USA. How do we order course manuals online?

Here is a list of the steps you need to take to order your manuals:

  1. Go to the 2=1 web page and log into the Team (Upper) Leaders area. If you do not know how to do this then take a look at the help item "How do I log onto the Upper Leaders area of the website?".
  2. Find the team-leaders menu on the right-hand side of the new page that comes up. In this menu find the “Order Group Materials” item and click on it.
  3. You will see the 3 courses listed. Click on the course that you are ordering manuals for. (Click on yes to display unsecure items if this message pops up).
  4. You are now presented with the order form. Go through the form field by field. Some field do not require typing, just selection from a drop down list. Use the down arrow on the right edge of the list to expose the list so you can click on the response you want to send.
  5. Once this page is complete click on the continue button. If something has been missed or incorrectly specified you will see an error message. Read the message and correct the item in error. Click again on the continue button.
  6. You will then see the second page of the form. Complete these details and then submit the form using the submit button.
  7. If you need to order books for another course (say PFL, this time) then return to the Order Group Materials page and select the next course.

How do we log into the Coaching Couple's area of the website?

  1. Go to the 2=1 web page. Type www.2equal1.com in your internet browser’s address field. Or just simply click the underlined words in this list item.
  2. Find the Quicklinks menu list on the right hand side of the 2=1 webpage. You may have to scroll down a little.
  3. In the Quicklinks menu find the item named “Coaching Couples' area” and click on the words. This will take you to a login screen. Depending upon how your settings have been set up you make get a message box flash up on your screen informing you that the page contains both secure and unsecure items. Don’t worry about this, click yes to allow the page to load fully.
  4. On the login screen Type your user name in the top field. Your user name is case sensitive so make sure you use uppercase and lowercase characters correctly. If you do not remember your password then follow the instructions in the help item "I have forgotten my password how do I reset it?". You will find these instructions on this webpage.
  5. Enter your password in the password field. Again the case of the characters is important. If you do not remember your password then click here.
  6. If your browser asks if it should remember this password then you may click yes to make logging on easier in the future.
  7. If you have correctly entered your user name and password you will enter the US Group leaders area of the website.
  8. To navigate the Coaching Couple's area find the Coaching Couple's menu on the right-hand side of the new page that has appeared in your browser. Click on the items appearing in this menu to navigate to those pages.
  9. If you receive an error message and are not given access to the Coaching Couple's area then you have either typed your username or your password incorrectly or you have not yet been given access to this area. Please refer to relevant article below for further instructions.

How do we log into the Team (Upper) Leader's area of the website?

  7. If you have correctly entered your user name and password you will enter the Upper Leaders area of the website.
  8. To navigate the Team Leader's area find the Team Leader's menu on the right-hand side of the new page that has appeared in your browser. Click on the items appearing in this menu to navigate to those pages.
  9. After logging into the Team Leader's area of the website you may navigate through the Coaching Couple's area of the website without having to re-login using you US Group leader's login details. Do see how to do this click here.
  10. If you receive an error message and are not given access to the Team Leader's area then you have either typed your username or your password incorrectly or you have not yet been given access to this area. Please refer to the most relevant article below for further instructions.

I have forgotten my UserID, what can I do to retrieve it?

Unfortunately if you have forgotten your UserID there is nothing that you can do to reset this without 2=1 staff intervention. If however you remember your UserID but have forgotten your password you can reset your password without assistance. Please refer to the separate article "I have forgotten my password how do I reset it?". You will find this article on this webpage.

In cases where you do not remember your password please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to request a UserID reminder. Please use the "Additional Information" field to tell us that you have forgotten your UserID for the Forum / Coaching Couple's area / Team Leader's area / National Leader's area and need a UserID reminder. If you have a leadership idenification number please also supply that information.

Please be patient as this reminder has to be issued by 2=1 staff and the speed of response will be dependant upon staff availabilty. Staff hours for website work are generally between 9am and 5pm Central European Time.

I have forgotten my password how do I reset it? 

If you know your UserID but cannot remember your password you can still gain access to the protected member areas of the website without 2=1 staff intervention. Follow these instructions to reset your password:

  1. Use the relevant "Coaches and Leaders" or "What's Available" menu item to navigate to the login page of the member area you wish to access.
  2. Type your UserID in the UserID field taking care to use the correct character cases.
  3. Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
  4. An email will be sent to you using the email address we have on file for you. In normal circumstances you should receive this email within a few minutes. If after a few minutes you still have not received this email check your junk mail folder. It may be necessary to check your junk mail folders on both your local email reader and the server where your email is handled (contact your email provider for details of how to do this). Please note that this email is sent from a sender called "Apache". If the password reset email still cannot be found then it is likely that we do not have your correct email address on file. Please contact the 2=1 office to give us your correct email address. You can use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this webpage. Please use the "Additional Information" field to tell us that you are sending us your up-to-date email address and want this detail updated on 2=1's website and database.
  5. Once you have received your password reset email open it and use the hyperlink in it to navigate to a page where you can reset your password.
  6. Once you have reset your password navigate back to the relevant login page, enter your UserID and your newly reset password. Again be careful to type the correct character case.

We are leaders and use video conferencing and do not want to pay for a full ooVoo subscription. Can we use the ooVoo account the ministry owns?

 

YES. 2=1 makes a single Super ooVoo account available for sharing between leaders. Click here to request the login credentials.

Once we have approved individuals to use this account, we simply ask that you check our online calendar and make sure your event does not clash with events that are already scheduled. If the account is available for your use then we ask that you schedule your event (whether it's a one-time event or a reoccuring event). It is very important that, regardless of your timezone, you book use of the ooVoo account using Mountain Standard Time. To help you work this out we have made available a time zone conversion tool. To view the current events click on  Current Bookings

To add your event click on Add a Single Event or Add a Series of Events.  (This link requires a login user name and password, these are the same login details that you were provided for logging into the Super ooVoo account).
