If you are travelling from outside of the EU or if you require a visa to travel to Germany then it is your responsibility to make these arrangements with the German Embassy staff in your nation of residence. We will endeavor to supply you with a letter of invitation once a deposit has been received. If you need a letter of invitation please contact us as soon as possible.
