Parents For Life - A Lifetime Investment
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PARENTS FOR LIFE (PFL)
WHO CAN ATTEND A GROUP? Parents For Life (PFL) are for married couples who have children.
HOW CAN WE GET INTO A PARENT FOR LIFE GROUP? If you have not completed a Married For Life Course before, you will first need to attend a PFL outreach party. You will be given full information about groups, what is taught, when they meet, etc, and you will hear testimonies from other couples who have completed the course. If you would then like to join a group, you may sign up at that time.
WHAT IF MY CHILDREN ARE ALREADY GROWN UP? IS THE COURSE STILL REVELANT FOR ME? Yes. We are parents for life. Therefore, the principles of parenting is still relevant and can be applied to enhance our relationships with our grown-up children and their children.
I AM SEPARATED OR DIVORCE. CAN I ATTEND A PARENT FOR LIFE CLASS BY MYSELF? I am sorry. The group is designed for couples to attend together. We are not equipped to minister to single parents who have different needs and concerns.
HOW LONG DOES EACH PARENT FOR LIFE GROUP LAST? Each group lasts 9 weeks and is followed by an Outreach Party to which you can invite family and friends.
